Johnny will be covering all styles of bottleneck/slide, lap styles, giving a brief history of slide guitar, types of instruments used, bottleneck and lap style playing, string gauges and guitar setup,  types of slides and bars used.  Tunings - different types including standard.  Techniques for picking and slide hand, slide guitar applied to different musical styles..  The day is open to players at all levels, from beginners to advanced.
